FU-Tone, formerly known as Floyd Upgrades, is the Manufacturer of aftermarket high-performance guitar parts designed to optimize a guitar's voice, sustain, playability, and tone. This review is for the FU-Tone Fender Stratocaster Big Block upgrade.
Installation:
Changing the block on your guitar is very simple, if you can change the strings you can change the block. It took me about a half hour and 1 beer. If you can not change the strings on your guitar please learn the flute .

I really didn't know what to expect as I am not a tremolo string through body cavity player. All of my guitars either have a wrap around bridge, a tailpiece, or the string through design where six individual wholes where cut through the body (not a cavity like a Strat). I have always found that cavity string through design's loses sustain and tone, so to review this product I had to build a guitar just for this review. With that said I was impressed. The guitar went from a thin twang to a full warm chime with increased sustain and a louder voice. Even just strumming acoustically you could hear the differences. This is by far the least expensive way that I have seen to dramatically change the tone & sustain on a through-body cavity setup.
